Kathie Lee Weaver Kathie Lee Weaver, age 44, of Mountain City, Tennessee, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at her residence. She was born on February 5, 1966 in Chester County, Pennsylvania to William H. Swayne of Mountain City, Tennessee and the late Barbara Joe Miller Swayne. She was also preceded in death by one brother Willie Swayne. She was a graduate of Kennett Square High School of Pennsylvania and was owner of the former G & H Coin Laundromat of Mountain City, Tennessee . Kathie enjoyed looking at and collecting antiques. She is survived by her father, William H. Swayne of the home; brothers and sister-in-law: Brian Swayne and Beverly Osborne of Shady Valley, Tennessee and Keith Swayne and Sandra Ehle of Wilmington, Delaware; aunts and uncles: Jimmy Miller of Mountain City, Tennessee; Howard Miller of Shady Valley, Tennessee and Lillian Jarry of Newark, Delaware; special friends: Kerry L. Smith and Becca May, both of Mountain City, Tennessee as well as many other friends; nieces: Peggy Andrews of Elizabethton, Tennessee, Beth Swayne and Clara Swayne, both of Watertown, New York; nephew, Brian Swayne Jr. of Shady Valley, Tennessee; two great nieces: Megan Andrews and Stormy Andrews and many more cousins and friends. The family received friends from 1-2:00 p.m .on Saturday, May 8, 2010 from the Mountain City Funeral Home Chapel with the funeral service following at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Bill Morefield officiating. Graveside Service and Interment followed the funeral from the Shady Valley Memorial Gardens. Active Pallbearers were: Kerry L. Smith, David Atwood, Brandon May, Steve Norris, Brian Swayne Jr. and Glenn Osborne. Honorary Pallbearers were: Howard Miller, Jimmy Miller, Brian Swayne and Keith Swayne. The family also received friends at the residence, 207 J. Cress Road, Mountain City, Tennessee 37683.
