Wade W. Lewis

Wade William Lewis, age 88, of Mountain City, Tennessee, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 17, 2019.  He was born on April 30, 1931, in Mountain City, Johnson County, TN to the late Willie Benjamin Lewis and Nannie Bess Gentry Lewis.     Wade is survived by his wife of 65 years, Mary Nell Miller Lewis, one son, Joseph Russell Lewis, four grandchildren, Savannah Jo and husband Robert, Evan Joseph, Cameron and Clayton, one great granddaughter, Lily, several nieces, nephews and a special niece, Ginger Peters.   Graveside Service and Interment will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Monday May, 20, 2019 from the Phillippi Cemetery with Dwayne Dickson to officiate.
