Tyler Griffin Berry, age 75, passed away on Wednesday, November 17, 2021. Tyler was a lifelong resident of Johnson County, born on May 28, 1946 to the late Valentine and Myrtle Faye Berry. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Tyler Duane Berry on March 9, 1997; sister, Margaret Malone; brothers, Lloyd Marshall Berry, Eugene Robert Berry. Tyler retired from North American Rayon after 28 years of service. He was a huge UT football fan and an avid outdoorsman who loved the mountains and being outside. He enjoyed farming, being around his horses, and working in the hay He was a member of Little Doe Baptist Church. Those left to cherish his memories include his loving wife of 52 years, Anna Berry; daughters, Tori Ann Berry, Tonya Berry, Sandra Berry; brother, Kenneth Berry; grandchildren, Hunter Atwood, Sierra Steele, Tyler Skye Berry; Sage Shepherd, Easton Berry; great grandchildren, Richard Wittenberg III, Riley Steele, Baylor Steele, Jenson Levi Wittenberg arriving in March 2022 and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. It was Tyler's wish to be cremated and no formal service held at this time. Friends and family may visit the home, 1345 Cobb Creek Road, Butler, TN 37640.
