Tracy Mullins

Tracy Mullins   Tracy Mullins, age 59, of Shady Valley, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2019 at the Johnson City Medical Center. He was born on May 4, 1960 to the late Elmer and Virgie Roberts Mullins.  In addition to his parents, Tracy was preceded in death by one sister, Lenna Mae Owens and brother, Gene Roberts.   He was affiliated with The Older Baptist Faith.   Tracy was an avid outdoorsman and especially enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding his four-wheeler.   Those left to cherish his memories include his wife of 40 years, Deborah ‘Debbie’ Mullins; daughters, Amanda Elmansy, Stephanie Perkins and Laura Eaton; special grandson, Dalton Blaze Laws special granddaughters, Jaida MaKinzie Perkins and Destiney LaRae Allen; sisters, Laura Bell Hicks, Bredia Gibson and Freda Sorah; brothers, Clinton Mullins and Douglas Mullins and several nieces and nephews.   The family will receive friends from 6-9:00 p.m. Sunday, June 2, 2019 at the Mountain City Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, June 3, 2019 at the Mountain City Funeral Home with Brother’s, Barry Lucas, Jeff Little, Harvilla Adkins and Reuben Lycans, Pallbearers will be Dalton Blaze Laws, Ross Riley, Mark Gladden, Austin Galyean, Daniel Shoemaker and Billy Mounts.  Graveside service and interment will follow at the Shady Valley Memorial Gardens (Gentry Cemetery).    In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Mountain City Funeral Home to assist with final expenses.   At other times the family will receive friends at the home, 182 Jim Wright Road, Shady Valley, TN 37688.   Condolences may be sent to the family at www.mountaincityfh.com
