Theodore ‘Ted’ Michael Hoover, age 61, Butler, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday, August 15, 2018. He was born on December 2, 1956 to the late J.W. Hoover and Martha Noel Hoover. Ted was a United States Army Veteran and former US Postal Service employee. Those left to cherish his memories include his daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca and Shane Cretsinger of Shady Valley, TN, sister, Melanie Fitzpatrick and husband Charlie of Savannah, GA, grandson, Samuel Cretsinger, several cousins, nieces and nephews.
