Steven Roark

Steven Douglas Roark, age 69, passed away November 5, 2025 at Frye Regional Medical Center. He was born May 7, 1956 to the late Russell Bruce and Tressie Lewis Roark. In addition to his parents, Steven was preceded in death by his brother, Gary Roark.

Steven was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He enjoyed watching old westerns, doing word searches, and playing Solitaire. He was also an animal lover. Steven was a quiet and simple man, but he was also known for being practical joker. He will be so missed by his loved ones.

Those left to cherish his memories include his sisters, Kathy McNeil, Donna Tester, and Sandra Bumgarner; brothers, Dannie Roark and Lewis Roark; daughter, Alicia Roark; two grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 7, 2025 at Mountain View Church Cemetery with Pastor Jerry Tester officiating.
