 Ronnie Lee Gentry   Ronnie Lee Gentry, age 59, went to be with the Lord on Friday, February 1, 2019. He was born February 21, 1959 to Virgie Gentry and the late Lillard Gentry.  In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Judy Diane Gentry. Ronnie was a hardworking man. He was also a very giving person, willing to help anyone at anytime.  He loved spending time with his nephews and also enjoyed going places with his family.  He was a very good small engine mechanic and enjoyed working on lawn mowers. Ronnie was a member of Stateline Baptist Church. Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, Virgie Gentry, sisters Shelby Roark and husband Joseph, and Wanda Gentry and husband Charlie, two brothers, Danny Gentry and Earl Dean Able, and two very special nephews, Joseph Roark and Daniel Gentry. The family will receive friends from 6-7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at the Mountain City Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m.  The graveside service and interment will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 8, 2019 at Stateline Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be family members and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Mountain City Funeral Home. At other times, the family will receive friends at 1670 Slabtown Road, Mountain City, TN 37683.
