Roman Walters

Roman Andrew Walters, age 50, passed away on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at Johnson County Community Hospital. He was born November 6, 1972 to Geri Walters and the late Bill Walters. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his brother, Bill Walters Jr. Roman was a caring man who dearly loved his family and friends. He loved the Lord and always put Him first. Roman was the definition of a servant; he was a rock for those around him, loving unconditionally and never judging. In addition to his mother, Geri Walters, those left to cherish his memories include his wife, Davina Walters; daughters, Meghan Turbyfill (Dennis) and Hallie Eller (Dalton); sons, Lucas Walters and Sammy Walters; step-daughters, Deanna Younce, Makynna Younce, and Savanna Younce; grandchildren, Sophia Turbyfill and Liam Turbyfill; brother, Roger Walters (Adreea); sister, Deborah Thompson; special friend, Bud Reece; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 from 5:00-6:00 p.m. at Mountain City Funeral Home.
