Raymond Roark, Jr.

Raymond Odell “Junior” Roark, Jr, age 52, passed away Monday, January 22, 2024 at Trellis Supportive Care in Winston Salem, NC. Junior was born January 8, 1972 in Boone, NC to Jeanne Roark and the late Raymond Roark Sr. 

Junior loved being outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He also liked riding around and looking at wildlife. He loved life and was a friend to everyone who knew him. He was a member of Rock Creek Baptist Church and attended Middle Fork Baptist Church.

Those left to cherish his memories include his mother, Jeanne Roark; brother, Mitch Roark; sister, Dena Ferguson; aunt, JoAnn Coltrane; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 26, 2024 at Roark Cemetery in Creston, NC with Anthony Roark and Junior Seatz officiating. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
