Patricia Diane Scott

Patricia Diane Scott, age 54, of Mountain City, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, August 10, 2018 at the Johnson City Medical Center.  She was born on July 9, 1964 to the late Vernon and Goldie Reece Woods. Patricia was a people person, never meeting a stranger.  She always refused to say ‘Bye’, always saying ‘See you later’.  She was a kind, loving and generous.  She loved eagles and loved collecting anything with eagles on it.  Those left to cherish her memories include her best friends and companion for 27 years, Jerry Sluder and his son Jerry Don Sluder and wife Chrystal, daughter, Marquita Nicole Scott, grandson, Paxton Badger Scott, close friends, Giselle Potter and Glenda Reynolds, her ‘Mamaw Ruby’ who she loved dearly, cousin, Kathy, her four legged companions and her babies, Little Man, Bear and Meme, and many other cousins and close friends. The family will receive friends from 1-2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at the Mountain City Funeral Home Chapel.  A memorial service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Shannon Courtner officiating.  At other times, the family will receive friends at the home, 233 Pedro Shoun Lane, Mountain City, TN.
