Millard Stout

Millard Thomas Stout, age 82, passed away on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at Johnson City Medical Center. Millard was born in Carter County to the late David and Ida Stout. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Timmy Thomas Stout; sisters, Velma Dugger, May Cable, Mary Cable, Ethel Hicks, Barbara Berry and brothers, Madison Stout, Clay Stout, and Paul Stout. Millard was a hard worker who loved and adored his family. Survivors include his wife, Barbara Jean Stout; daughter, Pamela Jean Stout; son, Jeffrey Stout; grandsons, Jonathan Stout, Derrick Stout; granddaughters, Brandy Nave, Kaitlin Fletcher; three great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. A private graveside service will be held.
