Marshall Moser

Marshall Keith Moser, age 77, passed away August 12, 2026 at his home. Marshall was born November 3, 1948 in Damascus, VA, to the late Herman Tarter Moser and Mabel Virginia Moser.

Marshall was a simple man and as some would say, a homebody. He and Nell loved going camping, especially in Raccoon Holler. Nothing compared to spending time together sitting by the camp fire. Marshall was a proud veteran of the United States Army.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 34 years, Nell Moser; step sons, Doug, Rick and Ronnie Curd; sister, Brenda Morgan; five grandchildren and nieces, Sherry and Angie.

The graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 15, 2026 at Dunn Cemetery with Minister Joshua Giddings officiating. Military honors will be accorded by the Johnson County Honor Guard. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
