Larry Wayne Canter

Larry Wayne Canter age 68, of Mountain City, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at Johnston Memorial Hospital. He was born to Betty Jean Horne Canter and the late Earl Dean Canter.

Larry was a simple man, he enjoyed black powder rifles and making knives.

Those left to cherish his memories include his mother, Betty Canter; brother, Carroll Canter and wife Karen; special niece, Adrianna Canter and several nieces, nephews and many special friends.

The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at Mountain City Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 p.m.
