Kyle Little

Kyle Little, age 59, passed away on August 21, 2021. He was born on September 21, 1962 in Gaston County, NC to Julia Buff and the late David Nixon Little. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Todd Pete Little. Kyle was a member of First Christian Church, Veteran of the United States Army and a member of the National Guard. He had a strong foundation in the Lord and a love for his country. He was a graduate of Appalachian State University, and a dedicated healthcare worker. He specialized as a physical therapy assistant and was certified in personal training. He was known for his competitive gardening skills and enjoyed growing giant Atlantic pumpkins! Most of all he centered his life around his family, and was a wonderful father and always placed his children at the center of his attention. Kyle lived a vivacious life full of love for the people around him, and always strived to leave this world better than he found it, which truly showed through his kind and lively spirit. Survivors include his wife, Tami Little; mother, Julia Buff; daughter, Alexis Hope Little; son, Andrew Seth Little; uncles, Steve Little, Leroy Little and several cousins. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at Mountain City Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow with Chip Ritche officiating. A graveside service will follow at Phillippi Cemetery with military honors accorded by the Johnson County Honor Guard.
