Judy Sheets

Judy Corbett Sheets, 77, left this world to be with the Lord on March 31, 2024 at her home. Judy was born September 12, 1946 in Monroe, NC to the late Ralph and Blanche Melton Corbett of China Grove, NC.

She was the wife of the late Carl Jonas Sheets. They shared 36 years of blissful marriage. 

She is survived by her daughters, Dollie and Lonnie Gibson of Statesville, NC and Carla and David Cox of West Jefferson, NC; one granddaughter; three grandsons and five great grandchildren. She loved and devoted her whole life to each and every one of them. Because of that, she loved family gatherings where she could shower her family with love.

She was a faithful member of Mount Olive Baptist Church of Fleetwood, NC. She loved to fellowship with her church family and loved them all dearly.

A memorial service will be held at Mount Olive Baptist Church on April 3, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 p.m. prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Medi Home Hospice (405 S Jefferson Ave, West Jefferson, NC 28694) or Mount Olive Baptist Church (1710 Water Tank Rd., Fleetwood, NC 28626.)
