Judy Harper Ward

Judy Harper Ward, age 67 of Mountain City, passed away Saturday, July 12, 2025. She was born May 18, 1958 to the late Nelson and Winnie Hicks Harper. In addition to her parents Judy was preceded in death by her husband, Deck Ward, and her brothers and sisters.

Judy enjoyed coloring and working puzzles. She was creative and liked to make all kinds of crafts.

Those left to cherish her memories include her sisters, Jean Harper and IvaLee Wright; sister-in-law, Linda Harper; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

The family will receive friends from 2:00-3:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 19, 2025 at Mountain City Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 3:00 p.m. with Preacher Tim Mullins officiating. The graveside service and burial will follow funeral at Sunset Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Judy’s nephews.
