Judy Dyson, age 68, of Buffalo, South Carolina, passed away April 2, 2024 at her home. Judy was born October 25, 1955 in Delaware to the late Vernon Campbell, Sr. and Frances Sue Norris Campbell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Richard Trivette and her second husband Jeff Dyson, sister, Wilma Dillman. 

Judy was good hearted and fun to be around. She loved Elvis and enjoyed collecting Elvis items. Judy was a good mom and grandmother and will be truly missed by all. She was a member of Una First Freewill Baptist Church in South Carolina.

Those left to cherish her memories include her daughters, Drema Tester and husband Jeff, Brandie Trivett and Sonya Ross, grandchildren, Brandon Smith, Mystery Smith, Joe Smith and wife Aubrey, Isaih Trivette, Laster Ross, Jr., Terenzo Ross, Nautica Ross, Zeke Ross, Samson Jones, Kamau Jones, Kiki McCray and Zofia McCray; nine great-grandchildren and one on the way; brother, Buddy Campbell, several nieces, nephews and cousins, Special friends, Debbie, Nancy and Dennis Crider and her BINGO buddies.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. on Friday, April 5, 2024 at Mountain City Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 6:00 p.m. with Pastor Harvey White officiating. The graveside service and burial will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday April 6, 2024 from Whitehead Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Johnny Roberts, Tim Roberts, Jamie Roberts, Keith Barlow, Jeff Tester and Joe Smith.
