Jerry Blackburn

Jerry Blackburn, age 64, passed away Thursday, October 12, 2023 at University of Tennessee Medical Center. He was born May 15, 1959 in Lancaster County, PA to the late Roy and Georgia Blackburn. In addition to his parents Jerry was preceded in death by his brothers, Larry Blackburn, Carl Blackburn, and Bill Blackburn, and sister, Karen Luna.

Jerry was a simple man with a good heart. He spoke his mind and loved to make people laugh.

Those left to cherish his memories include his wife, Betty Blackburn; daughters, Billie Jo Meara and Georgia Blackburn; son, Adam Blackburn; brothers, Rick Blackburn and Bobby Blackburn; sisters, Barbara Blackburn, Katherine Griffith, and Betty Luna; several step-children; grandchildren, Walker Jenkins, Nevaeh Blackburn, Zhymir Logan Blackburn, and Nikolai Blackburn; friends, Tom Eastridge, James Vanover, Gene Canter, and James Canter; several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
