Jayden Thomas Kimble age 17, passed away to be with his Lord and Savior on June 3rd 2025 at his home surrounded by his loved ones. Jayden was born April 25, 2008 to Bobby and April Kimble.
Jayden loved his Lord and Savior and accepted Jesus Christ into his heart on July 25th, 2020. He loved spreading the gospel and went to Uganda, Africa in October 2023 with Operation Renewed Hope mission team and had prayers to return to missions one day. Jayden was a member of Mountain City Baptist Church.
Jayden was offered a make a wish through St. Jude where he chose to go to Louisiana to watch his favorite football team LSU in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. There he spent the weekend and watched his first LSU game. Jayden’s wishes are for everyone who can attend his celebration of life to wear purple or an LSU shirt with him and in honor of him.
Jayden thrived and loved being with his family and friends, especially his girlfriend Emma who has showed him the meaning of what true love really is. Jayden also loved eating and watching his favorite sports with family, especially his pawpaw.
During his battle with cancer Jayden did not once show fear, complain, or cry; instead he worried about others. Jayden was a very special 17 year old who always had a smile on his face and showed love to everyone he encountered. Jayden showed us kindness, compassion, and how to have true peace and faith in the Lord during trying times. Jayden will truly be missed here on earth but we have the promise from the Lord that we get to spend eternity with him one day. Jayden’s favorite Bible verse is Colossians 3:23.
In addition to his parents, those left to cherish his memories include his brothers Corey, Bryson and Jared Kimble. Grandparents Dean Tester and Brenda Tester, aunts Audrey Vaught and Jerri Sarrett, uncles Jimmy Sarrett, Tommy Kimble, Troy Rachelle, Trey Rachelle, Josh Vaught, special cousins Briley Vaught, Olivia and Bridgett Sarrett and Hanna Sluder.
