Janet H. Pennington

Janet Hash Pennington, age 61, of Damascus, Virginia, passed away April 13, 2024. Janet was born December 20, 1962 to the late Don and Doris Hash. 

Janet was an avid reader and loved music. She was a member of Green Cove Missionary Baptist Church. 

Those left to cherish her memories include her husband of 40 years, Steve Pennington; daughter, Rachel Pennington; sister-in-law, Kathy Trivett; brothers-in-law, Wayne Pennington and wife Diane, Terry Pennington and wife Nancy; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at Green Cove Missionary Baptist Church. The graveside service and burial will follow at 12:00 p.m. at the church cemetery with Rev. Dennis Poe officiating.
