Jackie Price

Jackie Lee Price, age 86, passed away July 5, 2026. Jackie was born September 1, 1939 to the late Daniel and Eula Price. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Corine Price, Janice Price, Velma Price, Josephine Osborne, Linda Woodard, Phyllis Reece; brothers, Robert Price, Andy Price, Daniel Price Jr. and George Price.

Jackie was an avid gardener and a beloved brother to his several siblings. He was also a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. Jackie was a member of Mountain View Independent Methodist Church.

Those left to cherish his memory include his sisters, Shirley Church, Elaine Wilson (Don); special grandchildren, Devin Lewis (Lauren), Raiden Lewis, Kaidence Lewis (Nathaniel); special friend, Bonnie Lewis; several nieces and nephews and his special beloved cat.

The family will receive friends from 5:00-6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at Mountain City Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 6 p.m. with Pastors Tom Stephens and James Henson officiating. Military honors will be accorded by the Johnson County Honor Guard.

In lieu of food and flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude’s Childrens Research Hospital.
