Howard "Chip" Sawyers

Howard Ray Sawyers, Jr., better known as “Chip,” went home to be with the Lord on February 9, 2025, surrounded by family. He is preceded in death by his father, Howard Ray Sawyers, Sr.

Those left to cherish his memories are his wife of 2 ½ years, May Sawyers; mother and step-father, Wanda and Paul Huskins; sister and her husband, Dawn and Shannon Payne; nieces, Cindi and husband Seth Billingsley, Maddi and husband Hayden Luckett and a very special great nephew, Myles Billingsley; 2 uncles and 1 aunt and many special friends.

Contributions in Chip’s honor may be made to the Ballad Health Hospice House of Bristol at 280 Steeles Road, Bristol, TN 37620.
