Harvey Poore

Harvey C. Poore, age 85, passed away June 21, 2024 at Watauga Medical Center. Harvey was born April 15, 1939 in West Chester, PA to the late Harry and Violet Poore. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Lewis Poore.

Harvey was loving and kind man who was willing to help anyone in need. He was also a veteran of the United States Marine Corp.

Those left to cherish his memory include his little puppy, Ben of 9 years and friend, Stephanie Perkins and her daughter Jaida.

It was Harvey’s wish to be cremated and no formal services held.

The family of Harvey C. Poore has entrusted his care to Mountain City Funeral Home, 224 S. Church Street, Mountain City, Tennessee 37683.
