Gary Woodard II

Gary Gene Woodard II, age 31, passed away on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at Watauga Medical Center. Gary was born on September 4, 1991 to the late Gary Woodard and Janice Grindstaff Arnold. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his aunt, Wanda Bowers; uncles, Randy Woodard, Danny Crowe, Lloyd Crowe, and paternal grandmother, Geneva Woodard. Gary had a great sense of humor and the biggest heart. He was very generous and loyal and was always a hard worker. He enjoyed sewing and was a talented hairdresser, which he loved while he was able. Gary also dearly loved his dogs, Panda and Chloe. Those left to cherish his memory include his fiancé. The family will receive friends from 4:00-6:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 30, 2022 at Mountain City Funeral Home.
