Ethel Louise Dowell, age 93, passed away Thursday morning, December 25, 2025 at Mountain City Care Center.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 2, 2026 at Mountain City Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. The graveside service and burial will immediately follow from Sunset Memorial Park.
