Earl Gambill

Earl Gambill, age 80, passed away August 20, 2025 at Watauga Medical Center. Earl was born November 30, 1944to the Henry and Opal Gambill.

The family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 23, 2025 at Calvary Baptist Church. The funeral service will follow at 4 p.m. with Pastors Steven Spencer and Sam Icenhour officiating. The graveside service and burial will follow at Johnson Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Tyler Gambill, Clay Fletcher, Bryson Gambill, Dylan Simcox, Connor Simcox, Derek Visser, and Mason Gambill. Honorary pallbearers are Keith Blevins, Timmy Potter, Larry Miller, Bob Heck, the adult Sunday School class at Calvary, Parker Lundy, Patton Lundy, Terry Gambill, Gary Gambill, Tommy Rhymer, the lifeguards at Mountain City Pool, Ryan Bilodeau, and Joey Bilodeau.

At other times, family and friends may visit the home at 186 Church Lane, Mountain City, TN 37683.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Awana program at Calvary Baptist Church, 1354 Cold Springs Rd, Mountain City, TN 37683.
