She was a proud member of Liberty Christian Church. She loved to read and often said that reading each day would “keep the mind young”.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 69 years, Loyd Blankenbeckler; her son, Roger Blankenbeckler; as well as her siblings, Albert Jr., Mary, Willie, Madeline, and George.
Those left to cherish her memories include her son, David Blankenbeckler and wife Christi, and Charlene Blankenbeckler (wife of late son, Roger) all of Mountain City, TN; three granddaughters, Miranda Blankenbeckler of Columbus, GA, Whitney Blankenbeckler (Bradley) of Mountain City, and Logan Robbins (RJ) of Mountain City; great-granddaughters, Ava Valencia and Stella Robbins; sister, Joanne Shoun (Earl) of Aurora, IL; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
