Donna Fletcher

Donna Jean Fletcher, age 72, passed away on Friday, September 18, 2026 at Johnson City Medical Center. She was born January 16, 1954 to the late James and Kathleen Absher. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dorsey Dave Fletcher and her brother, Michael Absher.

Donna loved her family very much and was very protective of them. She was a very talented at quilting. Donna enjoyed cooking, reading, shopping, and watching TV. She was also an animal lover.

Donna attended Sink Valley Baptist Church and Dewey Christian Church.

Those left to cherish her memories include her daughter, Jennifer Fletcher (Andy Lowe); granddaughter, Mikayla Fletcher (John Reed Rasnick); sister, Jimmie Ann Osborne (Jimmy); honorary son, JR Furches; honorary grandson, Dana Buchanan; many beloved extended family members; several cousins; special friends, Scott Guy, Kim Bowers, and Heather.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at the Noah Fletcher Family Cemetery (Sink Valley Road, Butler, TN).
