Dianna Price

Dianna Price, age 77, passed away October 26, 2026 at her home in Lenoir, NC. Dianna was born May 19, 1949 in Ashe County, NC, to the late Edward and Magdalene Roark. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Douglas Roark.

Dianna was the most loving and caring mother her children could ask for. She had never met a stranger and would help anyone she could. She also had a great sense of humor and like joking and cutting up. Dianna also enjoyed collecting porcelain dolls and K-Mart bears. She was of the Baptist faith.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 59 ½ years, Wayne Price; daughter, Tamatha Mahala (Tim); son, Tony Price; sisters, Peggy Banks, Judy Henson (James); brothers, Russell Roark (Earlene), Ricky Roark (Kathy); grandchildren, Brianna Bledsoe (Aaron), DJ Mahala, Will Smith; several great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; several nieces, nephews, cousins and brothers-in-law and sisters in law.

The graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 30, 2026 at Osborne-Mahala-Price Cemetery with Rev. James Henson officiating. Pallbearers will be family.

The family of Dianna Price has entrusted her services to Mountain City Funeral Home, 224 S. Church Street, Mountain City, Tennessee 37683.
