Della Courtner

Della Rae Courtner, age 68, of Mountain City, TN passed away Sunday, October 1, 2023 at Johnston Memorial Hospital. She was born on April 28, 1955 to the late Fred Roberts and Maggie Walker Roberts. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Fred Roberts, Pete Roberts, Lloyd Roberts, and Johnny Roberts.

Those left to cherish her memories include her daughters, Mary Michelle Tester, Lisa Courtner; son, Howard Courtner and wife Nancy, Jerry Courtner; sister, Margaret Wilcox; nine grandchildren; several great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

It was Della’s wish to be cremated and no formal service will be held.

The family of Della Rae Courtner has entrusted her care to Mountain City Funeral Home, 224 S. Church Street, Mountain City, Tennessee 37683.
