David Isaacs

David Isaacs, age 64, passed away Sunday, September 17, 2023 at Johnson County Community Hospital. David was born November 11, 1958 to the late Chester and Trula Isaacs. In addition to his parents David was preceded in death by his brother, Mike Isaacs; sisters, May Bell Hatley, Dorothy Isaacs, and Linda Moretz; and brother-in-law, John L Cable.

David loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, hunting ginseng, and wood working. He liked to watch Westerns, especially Gunsmoke. David was of the Baptist faith.

Those left to cherish his memories include his wife, Janet Isaacs; son, Charlie Isaacs; sister, Mary Cable (Tommy); brothers, Kenneth Isaacs (Linda), Rob Isaacs (Phyllis); sister-in-law, Joyce (Doug) and Jackie; brother-in-law, J.D. Cable; several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at the Isaacs Family Cemetery. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
