Connie Payne Matherly, age 67, of Mountain City, Tennessee passed away on July 5, 2026.
The family will recieve friends from 1-2:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 12, 2026 at Mountain City Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with David Smith to officiate. Burial will follow from Cress Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jackie Pennington, Tim Laws, Eric Hill, Seth Payne, Aaron Payne, and Marty Pennington.
