Charles Neil Hawkins

Charles Neil Hawkins, age 40, passed away March 1, 2026. Neil was preceded in death by his mother, Anna Smith; grandparents, Bud and Edna Smith; grandfather, Paul Hawkins; and uncle, Larry Hawkins.

Since childhood Neil loved being outdoors and enjoyed fishing and hunting. He had a big heart and was a joy to be around. Neil was an organ donor and wanted to give the gift of life to others. He was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include his father, Charlie Hawkins and wife, Mandy; grandmother, Jackie Hawkins; sisters, Lindsey Hawkins, Gracie Hawkins; step brother, Scottie Tester; aunts and uncles, Diane and Bud Worley, Melissa Wilson, Dee Hawkins; cousins, Jamie and Gina Meade and nephew, Joseph Church.

It was his wish to be cremated and no service will be held.

The family of Charles Neil Hawkins has entrusted his care to Mountain City Funeral Home, 224 S. Church Street, Mountain City, TN 37683.
