Bradley Burkey

Bradley Eugene Burkey, age 64, passed away on Monday, January 31, 2022 at his home in Shady Valley, TN. Brad was born in Coatsville, PA on April 23, 1957 to the late Clarence and Mary Burkey. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Buster Burkey. Brad was a veteran of the United States Army. He was born and raised in Honey Brook, PA and later moved to family land in Shady Valley, TN. Brad was an avid outdoorsman and had a love for the mountains. Those left to cherish his memories include his daughter, Nicole Burkey and grandson, Corbin Wright of Ohio; sisters, Ferinda Steely of Shady Valley, Dorothy Harris of PA; brother, Wilbur Burkey of Shady Valley; best friend, Rick Harris; other special family members, Natasha Blake, Gene Burkey, Buster Harris, Rebecca Harris, and her children. It was Bradley’s wish to be cremated and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
