Bobby Shelton Jackson

Bobby Shelton Jackson, age 74, of Trade, TN passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2025 at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC. He was born April 4, 1951 to the late Cleo Jackson and Pauline Elizabeth Jackson. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Joe Jackson, Sherill Jackson and wife May, and Johnny Jackson and wife Faye; sister, Helen Jackson; nephew, Joey Jackson; niece, Connie Jackson.

Bobby had a deep love for his wife, Linda and loved his children and grandchildren very much. He served his country in the United States Army. Bobby enjoyed fishing, John Deere Tractors, restoring furniture for his family, woodworking and wrestling. He also was a big fan of President Donald J. Trump. He was also known for never having a car for more than six months.

Bobby was of the Christian faith.

Those left to cherish his memories include his wife of 35 years, Linda Jackson; sons, Leonard Jackson and fiancée Stephanie, Mark Anthony Sanchez Jackson and wife Virginia, Daniel Heaton and wife Amber; daughter, Bobbi Linn McAllister and husband Jamie; grandchildren, Joshua Sanchez, Austin McAllister, Kayliegh Jackson, Liam Jackson, Madison and Harper Jackson; sister-in-law, Jewel Jackson; nephews and nieces, Cleo Jackson, Randy Jackson, JoAnne Hobby, Kitty Stanfield, Donnie Earl Jackson, Bonnie Jackson.

It was Bobby’s wish to be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
