Annie Jarvis

Annie Jarvis, 88 of Boone, NC, passed away August 11, 2026 at Glenbridge Health and Rehabilitation. She was the daughter of the late Esau and Ethel Miller Winebarger of Boone, NC. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Norman A. Miller, Dillon Triplett, and John Jarvis, three sisters, seven brothers and son-in-law, Jim Smith.

Annie is survived by her son, Ronnie Miller and wife Sandi of Mountain City, TN; daughter, Ricki Jane Smith of Boone, NC; two granddaughters, Cynthia Smith and Brittney Calhoun both of Boone, NC; four great grandchildren, Cody and Alex Alderson of Fayetteville, NC, Keiley  and  Dessi Caldwell of Charlotte, NC , Logan Trivette and wife Morgan of North Wilkesboro, NC and Preston Trivette of Boone, NC. She is also survived by her brother, Richard Winebarger of Boone, NC.

A private family service will be held at a later date at Mountlawn Memorial Park and Gardens in Boone, NC.

The family of Annie Jarvis has entrusted her care to Mountain City Funeral Home, 224 S. Church Street, Mountain City, Tennessee 37683.
