Anita Sussex

Anita Sussex age 82, of Mountain City, TN passed away on Thursday, July 31, 2025 at Johnston Memorial Hospital. She was born January 30, 1943 in Milwaukee, WI. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John Sussex Jr.; and her sister Barbara Kessler.

Anita was a feisty little lady. She loved her family, animals and her church.

She was a member of Dewey Christian Church.

Those left to cherish her memories include her son, Ronald Sussex (Lora); grandchildren, Kaelyn Sussex, Victoria Sussex, Kalen Miller, Dustin Miller, Kristin Taylor, and CJ Canter; special friends, Danny K., Cleo, and Gary.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 31, 2025 at Dewey Christian Church with Minister C.D. Bud Gentry officiating.
