Allen Snyder

Isaac Allen Snyder, age 91 of Trade, passed away on Wednesday morning, June 9, 2021 at his home. He was born on September 7, 1929 to the late Isaac Alexander Snyder and Ora Bumgardner Snyder in Trade, TN. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his infant brother. Allen was known as a very simple man with a lot of talent. His woodworking skills were well known through his clocks, tables, and other creations. He enjoyed western movies, farming, and old farm machinery. Allen was a member of Evergreen Baptist Church. Those left to cherish his memories include his first cousins, Frank Lawrence, Charlotte Thomas, Barton Lawrence, Dorothy Woodby, Donald Bumgardner, several second cousins, and very special friends and neighbors, Jay and Linda Jackson, Mark Wallace, and Rick Miller. A special thanks to Allen’s caregivers, Nancy, Betty Karen, and Monica. The graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 12, 2021 at the Snyder-Rash Cemetery with Pastor Tony Potter officiating. Pallbearers will be friends.
