Janice L. Dugger Janice L. Dugger, age 69, of Mountain City, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, April 30, 2010 at her residence. She was born in Johnson County, Tennessee on July 13, 1940 to the late Clarence and Chelsie Viola Fletcher Clark. She loved and cared for her family and many friends. She had attended Rock Springs Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Dugger; son, Rusty C. Oliver; brothers, R. J. Clark and Coy Clark; sister-in-law, Doris Clark and friends, Olis Marshall and Robert Shomate Survivors include her daughters, Teresa McKinney and fiancé Mack Proffitt and Lisa Oliver, both of Mountain City; brothers, Roy Clark of Butler and Junior Clark and wife Bonita of Long View, TX; sisters-in-law, Helen Dickson of Atlanta, GA, Marlin Owens of Florida, Elsie Speakman of Pennsylvania, Mary Lee Gregg of Johnson City and Patsy Clark of Elizabethton; like a sister Roberta Clark of Elizabethton;; grandson, Rusty James McKinney of Mountain City; great-granddaughter, Savanah McKinney and another on the way; nieces, Lorie, Christy, Rhonda, Royetta, Billie Jo, Caroline and Rebecca; great nieces, Charley and Rhenda; great nephews, Jason and Matthew; special friend, Annis Main and many other friends. The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 2, 2010 from the Mountain City Funeral Home Chapel with the funeral following at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Roy Wilson to officiate. Music will be provided by her nurse, Michele Sampson. Pallbearers will be Pete Proffitt, Mel Wagner, Dave Johnson, Mack Proffitt, Bo Clark, Roy "Henry" Clark, Bud Keys and Donnie Garland. Honorary pallbearers will be Ed Gentry, John Ethridge, Roy Clark, Dayton Vanover, Chris Allberry and David Dugger. Graveside Services and Interment will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 3, 2010 from the Clark Family Cemetery. The family will also receive friends at the home, 559 Mack Branch Rd, Mountain City.
