Ronnie Lee Laws

Ronnie Lee Laws, age 25, of Mountain City, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, February 16, 2013. He was born on July 22, 1987 to Kenneth and Jeannie Hamby Laws. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, R.L. Hamby and paternal grandfather, Luke Laws. Lee had many special friend and he enjoyed spending time with them and also enjoyed listening to music. He was a member of Pleasant View Christian Church. In addition to his parents, Kenneth and Jeannie Hamby Laws of Mountain City, TN, Lee is survived by his sister, Jennifer Laws of Mountain City, TN; maternal grandmother, Lois Miller; paternal grandmother, Madge Laws; nephew, Eli Laws; many cousins, special friends and extended family members. The family will receive friends from 1-2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at the Mountain City Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Gary Bowman to officiate. Music will be under the direction of Ms. Megan Pardue. Graveside Service and Interment will follow from the Arnold Cemetery (located behind Bill Farmer's on Slemp Branch Road). Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. Honorary Pallbearers are Warren Roop, John David, Travis Ellison, Tommy Trabowski, Jake Main, Marshall Matz, Cody Barlow, John Icenhour, Matt Osborne and Paul Baldwin. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Jennifer Laws, 1406 Crackers Neck Road, Apt # 5, Mountain City, TN 37683.
