Philip David Smith

Philip David Smith, age 68, of Mountain City, Tennessee, passed away on September 16, 2016. He was born on July 15, 1948 to the late Philip Edward Smith and Eleanor Whalen Smith.   He was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church of Mountain City, TN.   Those left to cherish Philip’s memories include his wife, Denise Smith; daughter, Kathleen Smith; sons: Michael Smith and Daniel Smith; sisters: Geraldine Cullinan and husband Robert Cullinan and Ellen Morse and husband David Morse; several nieces and nephews.     Funeral Service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at the Mountain City Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon John Hackett officiating. Graveside Service and Interment will follow at the Phillippi Cemetery. Philip’s sons: Michael and Daniel, along with several friends will serve as pallbearers.
