Bob was an Army veteran in the 612th QM Co. as a parachute rigger and jumper. Bob was a fireman in Charleston, WV, a construction project manager that took he and his wife to many wonderful places.  Then they retired to their lovely log home on Watauga Lake to finish out his colorful life.  He told many people many times that he was lucky enough to live in a post card.  He loved Watauga Lake! There will be a gathering of family and friends at the Johnson County Airport at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, October 1, 2017. Everyone is invited to join in laughter and remembrance of happier times.
