Kimberly Ann Phillippi, age 45, of Mountain City, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, October 03, 2017.  She was born on July 31, 1972 to Bill May and the late Debbie Shupe Stanley.  In addition to her mother, Kim was preceded in death by her brother, Billy May. Those left to cherish her memories in addition to her father, Bill May include her husband, Robert Glen Phillippi; son, Edwin Blake Phillippi; brother, Warren May; grandmother, Nell May, several aunts, uncles, cousins and special friend, Mindy Morefield. Kim was a loving wife and mother and truly loved her son. She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 6-7:00 p.m. Thursday, October 5, 2017 at the Mountain City Funeral Home with the service following at 7:00 p.m. with John Brookshire officiating.  Graveside service and interment will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 6, 2017 at the Brookshire Cemetery with Pastor Shannon Courtner officiating.  Pallbearers are Josh Clawson, Jamie Phillippi, Jeremy Phillippi, Jeff Phillippi, Jeff Jones and Donnie Robinson.  Honorary pallbearers are Deacons at Bethany Baptist Church and Ethan Clawson. At other times the family will receive friends at the home of Virginia Phillippi, 254 Cross Mountain Road, Mtn. City, TN or at the home of her grandmother, Nell May, 1411 Slimp Branch Road, Mtn. City, TN. Condolences may be sent to the family through our website at www.mountaincityfh.com. The family of Kimberly Ann Phillippi has entrusted her services to Mountain City Funeral Home, 224 S. Church Street, Mountain City, TN 37683.
